Easy Healthy Meals from Trader Joe’s

Who doesn’t love Trader Joe’s? They offer a large variety of great food at low prices. Eating healthy can be expensive, especially if you consume a gluten free, dairy free or vegan diet. One of the greatest things about Trader Joe’s is that their products are always changing. They come out with new, interesting products before consumers even know they want them.

One reason to love Trader Joe’s is because they offer many options for quick, easy dinners. Who doesn’t want that after a long day of work? Although Trader Joe’s products may seem healthy, there can be a lot of added sugars, fats and sodium. The store does, however, carry a wide selection of nutritious products.

Look for these quick, easy and nutritious meals you can pick up at your local Trader Joe’s:

Turkey Meatballs You can find these in the frozen section. Mix them into some sauce with Trader Joe’s Lentil Pasta and serve with a bagged salad from the produce aisle and you have a balanced meal. Who doesn’t like spaghetti and meatball night?

Broccoli Slaw Ever wonder what quick and easy side dish you can make to bring to that summer BBQ? Well here it is folks -- Trader Joe’s Broccoli Slaw is not only super easy to make but tastes great too. Just follow the simple steps on the package and you will have an amazing side dish everyone will rave about.

Chicken Pot Stickers These are great because you can pop a few in the microwave and in a couple of minutes they are ready to eat. Try making a side salad or roasting some veggies to accompany them.

Stir-fry Vegetable Mix Stir-fry’s are great because they are easy to make and provide a lot of food. Leftover stir-fry is perfect for the next day’s lunch or even as a leftover dinner during the week. Gluten-Free Cauliflower Crust Pizza Not only is this pizza crust Gluten-Free for those who have Celiac disease, it also tastes amazing. Perfect for those lazy nights when you don’t want to spend time cooking. Just pop the crust and toppings in the oven and you have a quick and easy dinner.

Organic Superfood Pilaf This is literally a whole meal in a bag. It contains tri-colored quinoa with sweet potato, kale and carrots. You will get your veggies along with lots of protein and fiber. This meal is so easy to make. Just cook it up on the stove or pop it in the microwave.
