The initiative includes health promotion activities for employees; fun, inspiring wellness events; and an onsite health coach who provides one-on-one coaching and engages employees in educational and wellness activities.

One-on-one coaching is available to employees on topics ranging from nutrition, physical activity and workout selection to postural alignment, resilience, and chronic disease management. A consistent onsite presence at each location, positivity, and a non-judgmental approach has resulted in strong participation. The program also includes monthly health promotion programs on various educational topics, nutritious food giveaways, and raffle prizes.
