Turner Construction Company is reimagining safety and well-being initiatives for the workers and employees on a large multi-year project in Boston, Massachusetts. With the help of Wellness Workdays, the program will emphasize physical and mental well-being and will incorporate our "Wellness Trailer 2.0," which is comprised of onsite trailers staffed with a safety team of trained coaches/EMTs.
A key component of the initiative is centered on redefining the role of the wellness trailer to ensure prevention and screenings are top priorities. Our team will work to ensure safety on the job and offer additional care management through health coaching and advocacy.
