Author & Adventure Speaker, Team See Possibilities
Charles R. Scott is an adventurer, author of two books, co-founder of the nonprofit organization Team See Possibilities, and a 14-year veteran of Intel Corporation. He delivers executive workshops across the U.S., Canada and Japan about developing an adventurous mindset for business success and personal growth. His adventures have been featured in press around the world, including National Geographic, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, FOX News and Outside Magazine.
Founder, Plus One, an Optum Company
The founder of Plus One, Mike Motta is a thirty-year veteran of the health and wellness industry. Mike helped transition Plus One when it was acquired by Optum, a division of the United Health Group. In 2014, he formed a business consulting practice, Net Positive, which mentors health, wellness and fitness organizations and their leadership teams in the art and science of enabling others to succeed while embracing a personal vision of well-being and positive leadership.
