Speaker Opportunities

The 2020 Emerging Trends in Wellness Conference will bring together top nationally recognized health and wellness experts with the opportunity to deliver the latest research, developments and trends in well-being to senior executives, human resources professionals, benefits managers, insurance brokers, registered dietitians and other health professionals. It is the place to learn about what’s next in wellness and network with key decision makers.


Now in its seventh year, the annual conference will address the latest wellness research, best practices, innovative programming, employee engagement, fostering healthy behavior change and measuring outcomes. The conference will bring together top industry leaders who share their vision and insight about corporate wellness, nutrition, fitness and entrepreneurship. Speakers at prior conferences include renowned professionals from Harvard University, New Balance, Plus One/Optum, Wyndham Worldwide, Cornell University, Putnam Investments, The Denver Broncos, Brown University, BJ’s Wholesale Club and Carbonite.

How to submit a speaker proposal.

Benefits of Speaking:

  • Complimentary registration for both days of the conference

  • Network with decision makers in the wellness industry

  • Showcase your thought leadership

  • Develop valuable relationships with individuals in the health and wellness profession

Speaking Guidelines:

  • Individual speaker presentations, or those applying with one co-presenter, should be 45 to 60 minutes in length

  • Panel presentations should be 60 to 90 minutes in length

  • Interactive sessions are highly encouraged

Application to Present:

  • Speaker proposals will be accepted on a rolling basis with a final deadline of October 25, 2019

  • It is recommended to submit a short video (2 to 3 minutes) of you speaking at an event.

  • Accepted presenters will be notified via email by November 26, 2019

  • Proposals must be submitted using the online application form below.
