At Wellness Workdays, we pride ourselves on developing custom-tailored, scientifically based, resource focused and motivating lifestyle change programs that are geared to the entire employee population of our partner companies. Our Founder and President, Debra Wein is a Certified Wellness Program Consultant and is committed to providing worksite wellness programs that inspire employees to make simple and positive changes in their lives and improve their health while working to lower healthcare costs for the companies we partner with.

We do not offer cookie cutter templates, but custom tailored programs for every organization, no matter your employee size, employee population or working budget. We can help a small company with less than 100 employees offer a well-organized year-round wellness program and we can develop a long-term strategy to decrease health care costs for a 3000+ employee population. We help you maximize your dollar

We strive to become equal partners with each of our clients and help you to develop a strategic wellness program that will assist you in meeting your specific goals – whether it is to decrease absenteeism, increase employee retention or decrease health care costs. We help you to conserve resources by helping you find ways to maximize the utilization of the services which are already available to you and your organization. These could include your EAP, health care provider(s), local restaurants, regional and national health associations, business professionals and onsite cafeteria personnel. We have worked with many of these vendors at various levels and understand their service offerings and how they can help you.

We motivate your employee population

We target and thus strive to motivate your entire employee population, not just the at risk audience. We strongly believe that it is just as important to keep healthy employees healthy as it is to address the needs of the at risk employees. Research shows this to be a more cost-effective measure and utilizing this approach sets us apart from much of our competition. That is why our programs encompass overall wellness (not just fitness OR nutrition OR smoking cessation) and why our goal is for long-term behavior change rather than quick fixes.  Our approach is a rewards system that all employees can engage in, not just at risk employees. For example, our team wellness challenges do not just reward non-smokers, but we also provide incentives and rewards for those who are also striving to quit. In this way, we are able to meet individuals where they are and thus more participants feel engaged and connected to our programs.
